Even the Food and Drug Administration is talking about Halloween contact lenses:

The article says:

"Marketing of decorative lenses may increase during the upcoming Halloween season."

Gee, you think?

They bring up a good point, you should always observe proper hygiene when putting anything in your eye. If you put dirty lenses in your eyes, you have the potential of irritating your eyes or getting an infection. I should know, I used to wear regular contact lenses.

It's probably worth seeing an eye care professional to get fitted for the lenses, and having them show you how to take them in and out, and how to clean and store them properly.
